M. “Dodd” Kazem-Zadeh - CEO
Stratius is led by Dodd Kazem-Zadeh. Dodd has over 19 years of experience leading large, complex business integration projects for client organizations. Prior to forming STRATIUS in 2006, Dodd lead the Management Consulting and Organization Transformation Practice at Perot Systems, a global consulting and professional services firm, directing the delivery of the consulting programs for the federal practice.
Prior to that, he held management positions at Accenture (Communication & High Tech Practice), and Ernst & Young.

He brings extensive experience in C-level and executive facilitation and consultation on matters related to change management, organization strategy, and culture change.

Dodd received his MBA from Georgetown University and his BS in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

Anita Feinstein
Anita has over 20 years of experience working for and consulting to leading global financial and management services organizations. She has managed and implemented business process reengineering, productivity improvement, strategic planning, and change management projects for such clients as IBM, BT Alex Brown, Ernst & Young, and Deutsche Bank. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Anita held internal consulting and executive positions at Citicorp and Shearson Lehman Hutton.

Anita has an MBA from Adelphi University and a BA from McGill University, Montreal.

Gerry Halphen

Gerry is a passionate, energetic leader who leverages his 17 years of extensive experience to deliver measurable results and impact lasting change. Having held management positions in product development, marketing, operations and sales, Gerry has a long track record of success in large, small and medium-sized companies. A lifelong student of leadership and human behavior, Gerry’s particular areas of expertise include: executive team facilitation, strategic planning, communication design and implementation, and leadership development. Gerry most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development for The Network, a privately-held company that focuses on serving the intake and management of sensitive information for over 50% of the Fortune 500.

A 3-time Ironman triathlete and former Army pilot, Gerry brings a deep understanding of how to plan, execute and deliver results, simultaneously achieving progress against both tactical, short-term objectives and long-range, strategic goals.

Gerry has a BA in English from Georgetown University..

Beth Daugherty

Beth is an experienced performance consulting professional and executive coach with over 16 years of experience designing, developing and implementing organization and human performance improvement solutions to achieve business results with entities cited as leaders in their industries. A former senior manager at Accenture, Beth is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and executive coach.

Beth received her MBA in Human Resource Management and Organization Development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and her BS in Education from Pennsylvania State University. She also holds a Professional Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Qualified Administrator for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Robert Hendrickson

Rob is an experienced consultant with 12+ years of experience in providing mission-critical workforce improvement and change management services to cabinet-level Federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Rob was an executive at Accenture. Rob specializes in business transformation, performance measurement systems, workforce training, and organizational change management.

Rob holds an MA in English form University of Connecticut and a BA in English/Marketing from Fairfield University.

Kari McDonough

Kari has 12+ years of experience in organization design and business transformation. She specializes in helping government and non-profit organizations develop and refine their mission and strategic performance goals, design organization structures to better align with strategy, assess and implement process improvements, and undertake organizational transition through effective communications, HR support, and team development.

Kari holds an MA in Communication from Wake Forest University and a BA in Speech Communication from Miami University (Ohio).

Nancy Seybold
Nancy is founder of Quartermark Consulting and an expert in strategic planning and management of health and science communications projects, with an emphasis on web-based initiatives. Encompassing 11+ years experience, her practice areas include information and interface design, quantitative and qualitative user experience analysis, web project lifecycle management, and strategic and operational integration of web projects for complex organizations.

Kimberly Hamill

Kimberly brings 10+ years of management consulting experience with a focus in business process analysis and reengineering, training, communications, organization design and development, and major systems deployment strategy design and implementation. Kimberly has consulted for Fortune 500 clients on large-scale change initiatives involving SAP and PeopleSoft implementations. She is the founder of Hamill Consulting.

Kimberly has a BS in Psychology from George Mason University.

Amina Mahkdoom

Amina is a former manager at Accenture, with 9+ years of experience in change management, training, and conflict resolution. Amina specializes in training design and delivery, communications, business process redesign, and large group facilitation. Her particular focus in recent years has been on conflict resolution and mediation, diversity training, and leadership development for both private and public sector clients.

Amina holds a Bachelors of Arts and Sciences from Georgetown University, as well as a Certification in the International Mediation and Conflict Resolution Program from George Washington University.

Linh Nguyen

Linh has over 17 years of working with private and public sector clients in areas of organization strategy and design, business transformation, process reengineering, workforce development, and financial management. He is also the founder of Morningside Consulting, providing consulting to private and public sector clients.

Prior to founding Morningside Consulting, Linh was a partner at Accenture, one of the world’s largest management consulting and IT services companies. Linh led Accenture’s USA Government Human Performance service line, providing organizational strategy and development, change management, HR transformation, and workforce transformation solutions.

Prior to Accenture, Linh was a consultant at Cambridge Associates, a renowned financial and investment consulting firm serving endowed and non-profit institutions. Linh has a BA from Yale University in Anthropology.

Scott Fisher

Scott has over 30 years of experience in business leadership, organization and human resources development. He has worked with numerous organizations providing strategy development, executive leadership and team development, organizational culture assessment and capacity building, organization design and succession planning, performance management and employee selection systems, and change management consulting. Scott is founder of the Transition Management Group, serving private sector and non-profit clients.

As a Lecturer in Organization & Management for the School of Business Administration at the University of Colorado/Denver since 2000, Scott also teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational development, conflict and change management, and strategic human resources management.

Scott received his MA in Organization and Management and a BS in Organizational Behavior from Yale University.

Susan May

Susan is an experienced consultant with a background at leading firms such as Accenture and the North Highland Company. She brings 14+ years of experience in business process design, organization development, human performance, and program management to help mid-size and Fortune 500 companies increase their business performance and productivity. Susan is founder of Flashpoint Consulting, Inc.

Susan has a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Brendan Addis

Brendan is a strategy consultant with 12+ years of experience in real estate, internet, telecommunications, and utilities. Brendan specializes in strategic planning, operational strategies, start up businesses, and the development of high performing teams. Brendan has held consulting and management positions at United Dominion Realty, Inflow, and CSC Strategic Services Group, and is the founder of Addis Consulting, Inc.

Brendan received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Honors in Philosophy with a Minor in Chemistry.

Dana Addis

Dana is an experienced recruiting consultant and executive recruiter with 11+ years of experience in recruiting, talent search and sourcing strategies for major companies. Dana has partnered with leading organizations to help them meet their technical and executive management talent needs. She has led and participated in projects to implement talent sourcing strategies, processes and capabilities to enable workforce transformation.

Dana has a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Honors in Women’s Studies.
